SHIPPING POLICY

 

RATES & POLICY

  • Shipping fees are displayed during the checkout process and depend on the size/weight of your purchase as well as the delivery location and service level of shipment.
  • We ship to any location in Canada, the USA and Europe.
  • We offer regular, expedited and express levels of shipment, using Canada Post.
  • For certain items, as an added guarantee, we will use UPS or FedEx.
  • A tracking number is emailed as soon as the shipment has been processed by the courier company.
  • Free pick-up in store option is available in the checkout process.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

  • Most orders containing in-stock items are fulfilled within the next business day. 
  • Additional processing times may be required during Holidays or sitewide sales.
  • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, except on statutory Holidays.
  • The above mentioned processing times do not apply for custom orders.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

  • We do our best to keep our online store inventory up-to-date. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. We will either replenish and ship you within the next 5 business days or a refund will be issued.

 

US & EUROPE SHIPMENTS

  • Depending on the level of service and except during holidays, shipments to Europe may take up to 4 weeks for delivery from the date of shipment.
  • For international shipments, once a shipment leaves our shop, we have no control over applicabe duty fees or delays caused by customs.
  • If you have not received your package within 30 days of shipment, please contact us.

 

RETURN POLICY

  • If your purchase is not what you expected or that you simply changed your mind, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days from the date of shipment.
  • Merchandise that is used, unsellable, or does not have all original tags, labels, seals, packaging, information cards, accessories, etc. will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense without refund or exchange.
  • All returns are at the expense of the customer.
  • We do not pay return shipping or refund custom and duties on international orders under any circumstance except for company error.
  • All returned merchandise must be unused, in resellable condition, and with all the original tags, labels, seals, packaging, information cards, accessories, etc. intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
  • All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment including purchases made with gift cards.
  • Please be sure to package the merchandise so it will not be damaged in transit. Merchandise damaged in transit due to poor packaging will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense or disposed of without refund or exchange.
  • We do not accept returns of bespoke, made-to-measure, made-to-order or altered purchases or items unless we deam that the dissatisfaction was a result of a company error.
  • All sales are final on reduced and promotional priced merchandise. No returns or exchanges will be honored.
  • We take every precaution to package orders as carefully as possible to minimize the possibility of packing error and/or damage during transit. If for any reason you receive your items damaged or there were items missing/incorrect from your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package, so that we can arrange to replace your items. Please note that we may request photos of the products received or to have damaged items sent back.
  • Purchases made through our e-shop can be returned in store.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges of face masks or gift cards. 
  • If we identify unusual or unreasonable return patterns, we may restrict or refuse future transactions.

  • We stand by our products 100% and will do whatever it takes to correct orders. However, we do reserve the right to not replace or refund.
